Palate: Moderate acidic bite less than you might experience with a Crémant. Citrusy, ginger, green apple and pear. Short clean finish.
Personality: Far less formal and less bite than Champagne, Cava and Crémants.
Food Match: Tuna melt with sharper cheddar possibly Collier’s Welsh Cheddar.
