“Lazaro and the Shark” is filmed in Santiago de Cuba home of the famous July “Carnival”.  Neighbourhoods and surrounding villages snake through Santiago de Cuba’s streets in congas costumed, dancing, playing music and singing in a riotous explosion of colour and movement.
