The following letter was found in Madame Fong’s Presidential Stateroom in her handwriting but not signed nor completed.

Dearest Reggie:

I apologize for slapping you and kicking your testicles the other night all in public view. It was in such un-Madame Fongish taste!

I had explained to you that the United States Government sought my assistance in persuading you to ship several containers attached to the hull of your ships to ports in Vancouver and Quebec City.

The United States Government advised me the contents of these containers must be below the water and undetectable. The contents are vital to the security of the United States I have been told by several high-ranking White House officials who have explained the transport of these containers to Canada is necessary to safeguard the public health of millions of Americans threatened by huge exports of fentanyl manufactured in The People’s Republic of China and smuggled into the United States through Canada “by some really bad guys, real nasty guys”.

There is concern the huge influx of cheap state subsidized goods from China will destroy the American economy and when the cargo is delivered to Canada the United States can protect itself and democracy of the free world by putting China in its place and make America great again.

I do not know the details of these plans of the United States but for the protection of democracy and public health who are we to argue.

You told me you required full details as to the cargo and why it had to be shipped below water as opposed to in the hold. I have been told by these White House officials to trust the imperative of this transportation, and you must trust the United States as well without asking inconvenient questions.

I do not know why they have said this to me but they have promised the shipments will finally bring justice for the murder of my great grandfather by anti-Chinese elements in Canada during the national railway construction in the 1860’s there.

If you agree to transport the cargo as I have requested 123 criminal charges about to be levied on me by the United States Department of Justice will not see daylight.

If you agree my body and soul will be yours as well as Rory Dylan Stephen that lovely West Highland Terrier you admire so much.
